Jay Fields: “I heard once that in Great Britain’s MOD if you design software for a plane you go up in the test plane when the software is beta-tested. If all programmers were held with that level of accountability, how many do you think would still be in our field? How many would you want to collaborate with before you went up in the plane together?”
I'm Dejan Simic - a Ruby On Rails developer based in infamous Serbia. During the last 5 years I've been working remotely for some pretty awesome USA companies such as LessEverything, ELC and vast.com, but now I'm taking a little break improving and managing my pet project that has grown into the one of the most visited sites in Serbia - a social dictionary Vukajlija.
I'm also the author of a gem called auto_html - a Rails extension for easy embedding multimedia content by site's users. Checkout my other open-source code at github.
